Sproutbuilder from http://sproutbuilder.com is a quick and easy way for anyone to build, publish, and manage widgets, mini-sites, mashups, banners and more. These can be any size and any number of pages. You can include video, audio, images and newsfeeds and choose from dozens of pre-built components and web services.

You do not need to learn flash or do programming, it's a visual drag and drop tool and is easy to learn and use. The flash .swf file that is produced can be displayed in your wikidot site inside an iframe.

There is a free limited plan which gives you 3 sprouts. For any more than 3 you need to register and the minimum cost is $19 a month.
